very very good experience, the hotel is excellent with favourable location especially in the shower area.

It had favourable location right by doing business and 2 great neighborhoods of Lourdes and Savassi. Great service, as the staff were attentive.

The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a great area, next to the handsomely remodeled lounge / restaurant, doing business, and Brasil. The room was good sized and romantic, nice views of city. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe were included. Amicable and attentive staff who were always there to help. Everything was simply good.

The setting was quite particularly good within easy reach of Abilio Barreto History Museum. The room was romantic and well-kept, and the beds were amazing.

Truly enjoyed our room, it was spacious with a safe box, cable television, and a mini-fridge-bar. The location was marvellous for walking around Abilio Barreto History Museum. Everyone who worked there was good: )

Had a great time at the hotel during Thanksgiving! The rooms were clean and spacious, with good furnishings and comfy beds. The bathrooms were well maintained and always clean. The hotel's staff was very helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Best of all was the Nespresso maker in the room and the amazing pillows! The breakfast was great too, with plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel was undergoing renovation, and while it didn't interfere with our stay, the entrance to the building was a bit small and hard to find. the hallway carpets were a bit discolored and worn out, which made them look a little shabby.

Courteous helpful and very correct receptionist. Honored free parking as advertised on internet even though the hotel usually charges for parking.

The bathroom was well maintained and of good size. New flatscreen televison in room. The decoration and funiture in the room was nice.

The bed was much to soft and springy. My back didn't like the bed too much, and the bed was much too noise to have any good sex. There was no power to the microwave own and the expresso coffe machine, in the room I stayed. The gym was also nothing out of the ordinary. I would like more well maintained equipment.

The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fantastic shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. I was impressed with the amenities, such as the room service and laundry service. it was a luxurious and comfortable experience.

very nice hotel located in a convenient zone of the city close to the Savassi area. Staff helpful and very good service.

In my reservation at Mercure Lourdes, the buffet breakfast was included in the room rate, however they tried to charge it as a extra value. The staff in charge of the check out was completely unprepared. I spent some times discussing about the reservation details and unfortunately I missed the train to Ipatinga.

Enjoyed a fair price stay. Two complementary facts served during breakfast were great. Location was central and convenient.

The staff were wonderful. The hotel concierge Marcel was so great. He walked me to my meeting which was three blocks from the hotel.

Internet service and coffee break are expensive

I recently stayed in a hotel in BH and had a great experience. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with electrical plugs conveniently located by the bed. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast had a variety of delicious options.

The check-in and check-out process was a bit slow due to peak hours.
